About Renzo HuertaBorn in Lima, Peru, I came to the US when he was 17 years old, after a military government was installed in his country of birth.
Since then Renzo had to work very hard to help his family and to study, much effort was worth it because in 1985 he earned his degree in “International Business” and “Economy” in the New York State University at Brockport.
Work in the area of banking and international business for much of their working lives. Finally, I graduated as a real estate agent in the state of Florida, and later as a licensed real estate agent in the state of Tennessee.
Renzo has always been known for helping people, it is natural to him, because every time you do, you feel motivated and happy.
One day he met a family who had no SSN, and it was impossible to buy a house to his name, from that moment Renzo has worked hard to get financing to all these people who do not have a SSN and if an ITIN.
Thanks to their motivation and job nowadays many families can say they have their own home.
Renzo also a member of the Board of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Knoxville, which conducts workshops and talks financing. He is also a member of the Board of Cherokee Health Systems representing the Latino community.
